Show Notes

Thanks for tuning in! This is our first episode of our "Rigging Station" podcast series. These episodes are intended to be short form and focused on tactics, tips, and tricks that we employ aboard the boats that we fish on and that we have learned throughout our fishing careers.

This episode is specifically focused on Off-season Tackle Maintenance. Capt. Bryan Sears talks about 4 important things that he does with his big game tackle after every fishing season.

1 - Unspooling all of your big game fishing reels
2- Clean, lubricate, and perform preventative maintenance with all of your fishing reels
3- Storing flourocarbon and leader material properly
4- Unpacking and hanging all of your spreader bars and offshore lures
